By accessing or using the Agro Navigator website (agronavigator.app) or our mobile applications for iPad and iPhone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Agro Navigator provides GPS navigation, USB serial data monitoring, CAN bus support, and related connectivity features for use in agricultural and field environments. The service is offered on an "as is" basis and may be updated or modified from time to time.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Agro Navigator only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the service to harm, harass, or infringe the rights of others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written consent

All content, features, and functionality of Agro Navigator, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by Agro Navigator or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of GPS and field connectivity features is at your own risk; always follow safe operating practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agro Navigator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
